At RCB E SCOOTER & RCB E BIKE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
